Introduction of cedar pollen allergen

It is protein made from the gene which codes Chitinase originating from Cryptomeria japonica pollen with baculovirus-insect cell expression system. After dialyzing cedar pollen allergen Cry j Chitinase purified by affinity chromatography and ion-exchange chromatography with PBS (pH 7.4), we adjusted it to the density of 100 µg/ml and froze it.
