Introduction of ether-type solvent; Cyclopentyl Methyl Ether (CPME)
Characteristics of CPME
1. Small water solubility
-Water solubility is 1.1%, solubility of water to CPME is 0.3%.
2. Easy to dry
-Azeotropic dehydration is possible.
-Drying by molecular sieve (one night) may take out water up to 25ppm.
3. Little generation of peroxide.
-Almost no increase of PO value in the air for 2 months (no stabilizer added).
-Decomposition heat value of peroxide (closed-type, DSC) is small.
