Introduction of glucuronide reagent

In the recent pharmacological and biochemical fields, the interest is arising towards chemical substances administered to biological objects, especially the compounds which are generated when the medicine undergoes metabolism. One of the substances which are generated by metabolism is glucuronide. This reagent can easily synthesize glucuronide by having aglycone which holds hydroxyl group as a functional group react with Lewis acid.
